By downloading, installing, or using Slide to Slide ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the Game to third parties
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game

3. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

The Game includes virtual currency (coins) and power-ups that can be earned through gameplay or purchased. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time
• Virtual items are forfeited if your account is terminated or the Game is discontinued

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its systems
• Use cheats, exploits, or hacks to gain unfair advantages
• Interfere with other users' ability to enjoy the Game
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support team
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, code, game mechanics, audio, text, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Game without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Game may contain advertisements and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any features at any time
• Change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms
• Suspend or terminate your access to the Game for violation of these Terms

Continued use of the Game after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and any virtual items or currency will be forfeited.

11. Children's Use

The Game is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Game.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
